RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
  • Thank you for choosing Black Lion Designs. We appreciate your trust in our products. To ensure a transparent and satisfactory purchasing experience, we would like to outline our refund policy.

  • Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refund requests will be considered for purchases made within the last 15 days.

  • Reasons for Refund:

    • Refunds may be requested for the following reasons:

      • Defective or damaged product upon receipt.

      • Product not as described.

  • Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@blackliondesigns.com within 15 days of the purchase.

    • Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any necessary documentation or images to support your claim.

    • Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.

  • Refund Approval:

    • Refunds will be approved at the discretion of Black Lion Designs based on the validity of the claim.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

    • Used products or items damaged because of customer error will not be refunded

    • Products should be in the condition they were received in.

    • Customer will be responsible for return shipping once the refund is approved. Refund will be processed once Black Lion Designs receive the product.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

We appreciate your interest in Black Lion Designs and would like to inform you about our order & shipping policies to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction.

  • Order Processing:

    • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The shipping method can be selected during the checkout process. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before the purchase is finalized.

  • Shipping Destinations:

    • We currently ship to lower 48 states. Sorry currently we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. 

  • Delayed Shipments:

    • In the event of unexpected delays due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processes, or carrier issues, we will make every effort to notify you promptly. Black Lion Designs is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Black Lion Designs is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • Black Lion Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
